All students must complete an agency interview before placement can be confirmed. You will not be "placed" in an agency. The placement is collaborative between student, agency and field office. This form does not guarantee a specific placement, but provides the field director with information to assist with placement. You must check university email box every day as this is primary mode of communication with field office. You can forward your university email to your person account, but the school can only use your university email account.
