Social Emotional Learning Education: Educate afterschool care counselors on social emotional learning strategies to enhance their ability to support students' emotional and social development.
Data Collection: Conduct research and gather data on the needs and preferences of families with adolescents to inform program development and improve service delivery.
Group Work and Mentoring: Lead and participate in group sessions and mentoring programs for middle school and high school students, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
Client Empowerment: Work directly with clients to empower them through resource identification, advocacy, and skill-building activities.
