Students also have the opportunity to work in small group settings with clients through our survivor workshops, as well as assist in human trafficking outreach efforts. Additionally, for students who are interests in generalist/crossover or macro focus placement, there are opportunities in organizational policies/procedures, administration, funding, etc. Interns would also have the opportunity to join local, state, and federal multi-disciplinary meetings. 60% of our clients primarily speak Spanish, so there are opportunities for students who are bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
