Tasks/Assignments for intern: Interns are introduced to the spectrum of our collective work; keeping in mind the project they have aligned with to perform their internship. We offer interns the opportunity to engage in the many facets of our work, but keep the focus on their chosen project and support them via a system of supervision (field supervisor), and teammate coaches.
Ideal student description: It has been our experience that interns connect with the project that resonates with them and we invite them into the team. We are fortunate that all of our interns have displayed high competencies in a positive mind set, strong values, application of what they have and are learning, and effective communication.
