Tasks/Assignments for intern: Given the vast scope of our diversity and equity initiatives, our team would seek to aim to cater that tasks to our interns interests and needs. We are open to many possibilities in the macro lens including, but not limited to programming and event planning, facilitating professional development, elevating voice and community engagement, evaluation, research, systems design, etc. related to diversity and equity.
Ideal student description: Given that this is a virtual set up, we want to ensure that our interns have a strong communication skills (email and virtual meetings). In addition, we hope that our interns are committed to anti-racist equity work, both for our school and community but also within themselves.
