Fall Field Evaluation
Directions for completing the fall field evaluation
This evaluation is to be completed at the end of the fall semester. Optimally field hours should be completed each semester before the last day of final exam period but no sooner than the last week of classes. If students have not completed the requisite number of hours please contact the student’s field faculty liaison to develop a plan of action. Please rate the student on each competency. Comment boxes are provided for each competency. However, only ratings of 1 (unsatisfactory) or 2 (needs improvement) *require* comments. This Likert scale is to measure your assessment of this student in light of what one could expect of a well-trained and high-performing MSW student. The scale is not to assess the intern in light of expectations for a seasoned professional social worker.
